Rhonda Leese
Certified Trauma-Informed Abundance Coach
I help people rewire the nervous system patterns that keep them overthinking, holding back, and shrinking themselves without realizing it.
Hi, I’m Rhonda!
As someone who has spent most of my life letting fear dictate my decisions, I know what it’s like to feel paralyzed. I know what it’s like to think wild success is for other people. I know what it’s like to want so much more freedom yet have no idea how to make that happen.
I tried vision boards and affirmations and mindset shifts. I was dedicating a ton of time and energy to having the right attitude and thinking high-vibration thoughts.
But nothing was really changing in my life.
So I did what you’re doing: I went looking for answers about why all of this was happening.
There’s got to be a way to go from fear to freedom, right?
What I found out is that when fear is dominating your life, it does not mean that you are broken. It absolutely does not mean you will never have the freedom to create the life of your dreams.
It’s your Nervous System.
That’s right.
It’s using fear as a protective measure to keep you safe. Keeping you safe means staying in your comfort zone. Why? Because your nervous system knows its way around your comfort zone and has already determined that there are no threats there.
But you want to grow? Well, your nervous system is going to say, “Whoa, settle down there. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves! There might be threats there!”
I earned my Trauma-Informed Abundance Coach certification so that I could help people understand the most important thing of all:
All the power you need to change yourself and your life already exists inside you.
My Story
I know what it’s like to have big dreams and bigger fear.
For years, I looked accomplished on the outside but froze on the inside whenever I tried to grow. Once I learned how my nervous system was protecting me, not sabotaging me, everything changed.
Everything shifted when I learned that nothing was wrong with me. My nervous system was simply trying to keep me safe.
Once I learned to regulate my biology, my whole experience changed:
I could take action without panic.
I could make decisions without spiraling.
I could expand without collapsing.
This work changed my life, and now I teach the tools I used to transform my own life and help others do the same.
Not through force or “motivation.”
But through nervous system rewiring, safety, and self-trust.
Now I guide others through the same process: calming fear, creating safety in the body, building self-trust, and taking confident action toward the life they want.
My Values & Beliefs
My work is about creating a safe space to explore how fear has been shaping your choices and to reconnect with a sense of freedom that feels steady, not scary.
Honesty
I believe in doing this work with honesty, respect, and deep humanity. My coaching is rooted in the values that guide my own life: compassion, clarity, integrity, curiosity, resilience, and personal responsibility.
Understanding
I believe people don’t need to be “fixed.” They need to be met, understood, and supported in building the internal capacity that makes real change possible.
Authenticity
I also believe in honoring each person’s lived experience, pace, and agency. I’m not here to impose my worldview, tell you who you should be, or push you into a version of success that doesn’t align with your values.
My Approach
My approach is varied.
There will be scheduled coaching calls.
There could be modules (I’m a teacher, after all!)
There will be journaling, and eventually, there could be other practices that help you embody what you’re learning about yourself and truly create change!
